A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim E (47 years old) who was under the influence of alcohol on the road in front of the D store located in the city of Gyeongnam-si on September 28, 2017, and was faced with the above victim's face on the ground that the victim took a bath for it; (b) on the ground that the victim was able to take a bath for it, the victim's face was taken once, and the victim's face was taken one time with the left drinking, and the victim's body was pushed up with both hand.

By doing so, the Defendant caused the victim to have a side-to-face flab, thereby causing the victim to have a side-to-face flab, thereby resulting in the death of the victim who was sent to a hospital through an emergency vehicle around 02:04 on the same day through 119 first-aid vehicles.
