1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ status 1) The Switzerland Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Sma Savings Bank”)

(2) On April 29, 2014, the Defendant was declared bankrupt on April 29, 2014 by Seoul Central District Court 2014Hahap53. The Defendant was appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy of the Swiss Savings Bank. 2) The Plaintiffs are employees who concluded an employment contract with the Swiss Savings Bank and worked or worked in the Swiss Savings Bank.
