1. The plaintiff is a comprehensive automobile insurance contract as stated in attached Form 1 with respect to a traffic accident as stated in attached Form 2 to the defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 30, 2013, the network B concluded a comprehensive automobile insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance”) with the Plaintiff as shown in attached Table 1.

The terms and conditions of the insurance of this case relating to this case are as follows.

Self-Physical Accidents

1. (i) The insurance company shall indemnify the insured for any loss incurred when the insured dies or is injured due to an accident of the insured motor vehicle arising during the possession, use, or management of the insured motor vehicle;

The types and limits of insurance proceeds that the insurance company pays to its own physical accidents shall be as follows:

(1) If the insured dies as a direct result of an injury inflicted upon him/her, he/she shall pay the amount of death insurance entered in an insurance policy to his/her heir.

An insurance company shall adopt non-compensationable matters (exempt matters), and shall not pay only the insurance money to the insured in this case, when the insured has intentionally suffered an injury.

(2) If the insured has been employed for committing a crime, or he/she has suffered an injury due to a fighting or suicide, the insurance money for the insured shall not be paid only to him/her.

B. On December 1, 2013, 200: (a) on December 1, 2015, 2013, the deceased (hereinafter “instant accident”) caused an accident of shocking on the left side of the Eone Star Corsch, a driving vehicle of Nonparty D, who was under the stop to turn to the left, while driving at the direction of the original intersection in the direction of the CMW 528i, an insured vehicle of the instant insurance, and driving at the direction of the CMW 528i, which is an insured vehicle of the instant case; and (b) was sent to the hospital and was receiving treatment.

C. Meanwhile, around December 1, 2013, 200: (a) the net F, live G, and H, the wife of the network B, were found to have been deceased within the Jpentaeung-gun I located within the Jpenta-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on December 1, 2013; and (b) the Defendant is the mother of the network B.
