1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the second degree of intellectual disability.

1. On December 04, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained one “KB citizen physical card” owned by the victim C (KB citizen C) and did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, while the Defendant was in custody, at around 22:00 to 01:00, the Defendant thought that he/she had had it.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On December 05, 2016, at around 01:56, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Financial Business: (a) made payments of KRW 12,00,00 of entrance fees from the carcter in which the Victim F (42:00,000) is under the management of the Victim F (F) in the E located in Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu D; (b) deceiving the Victim by presenting the “KB citizen physical card” under the above C, and had the Victim pay the entrance fees.

In order to drink at a store operated by the injured party G (45 years of age, female) at around 10:00 on the same day on the same day, he/she received property equivalent to KRW 4,000 by deceiving the above methods and received property equivalent to KRW 4,00.

In this respect, the defendant acquired and lost 16,000 won of 16,000 won of 16,000 with the acquired card.
