Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is registered as a business operator in the name of E in the D cafeteria located in the clinical-gun C, but the defendant was willing to receive a satellite broadcasting in the name of E in his/her office and operated a restaurant.

1. On May 8, 2008, the Defendant forged a private document, stating “E” in the customer name column of “E”, “F” in the installation address column, “E” in the deposit account column of payment information, and “E” and “E” in the bottom of document, and signed “E” in the customer name column of “E”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a Scar-type confirmation in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, delivered a forged Scar identification certificate as if it were a document duly formed, to an employee in the name of the Korean Digital Satellite Broadcasting who is aware of the forgery.

3. The defrauded concluded a satellite broadcasting reception contract with a victim’s digital satellite broadcasting company, and concluded a satellite broadcasting reception contract with the victim’s digital satellite broadcasting company, thereby deceiving the victim as if the recipient did not have an intent or ability to pay receiving fees, etc. normally, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 424,392, which is the price for using the satellite broadcasting service, from May 2008 to March 2009.
