1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff purchased and sold an automobile of the Republic of Korea, which is a company that purchased and sold an automobile of the Republic of Korea from the Republic of Korea, and was distributed from the Republic of Korea M to several service areas, including Incheon, and engaged in its business by soliciting and managing the automobile sales agents, and requesting the recruitment agents to sell an automobile of the Republic of Korea on consignment. 2) On February 27, 2012, the Defendant prepared and submitted to the Plaintiff an application for an agency contract with the establishment and operation of the Korea Land Management Agency (hereinafter “instant agency”) on the ground B of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
