1. On June 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) published a letter stating that “The Defendant would sell a mobile phone (opon 5)” on the bulletin board of a smartphone’s boomer.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell a mobile phone.

The Defendant, who reported and contacted the above writing, was able to sell a mobile phone to the victim G, who received KRW 300,000 from the victim's bank account in the name of the Defendant (J) and received KRW 3,545,000 from the victims in total on 16 occasions as shown in the annexed crime list.

2. On July 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would sell Not North Korea, which was posted by the Victim K on the bulletin board of smartphone clock clock,” with the victim’s contact with the victim, that “The Defendant would purchase Not North Korea and offer the price for purchase.”

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he purchased the Nowon-do from the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim 400,000 won or more from the victim, and acquired it by fraud.

On June 12, 2014, the Defendant “2014 Highest 2760,” made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant sold n't North Korea, which is posted by the victim L on the Internet’s bulletin board,” with the victim’s contact with the victim, thereby confirming the state of sending n't North Korea, and sending the price of 70,000 won.”

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he purchased the Nowon-do from the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim one set of No. 700,000 won, the market price of which is equivalent to that of the victim, and fraudulently acquired it.
