1.The following amounts, among the parts against the principal suit of the judgment of the court of first instance, exceed the amount ordered to be paid:

(a)the trustee agency period of the contract shall be one year from the date of conclusion of the contract, and shall be deemed automatically extended every one year, except in special circumstances between A and B at the expiration of the period;

Article 5 (Entrustment Management Fee) A shall pay 220,000 won monthly management fees to A in return for the entrustment of operation and management rights.

(A) Section 15 (Collection in Arrears) No. 15 (Collection in Arrears) shall be in arrears with the expenses, etc. to be incurred to B, and in the event of default for not less than three months, A shall be deemed to have been settled by arbitrarily recovering the management vehicle of B without the consent of B and by offsetting the delinquent amount. In the event of default, B shall be additionally borne.

Article 16(1) even during the term of this Agreement, the contract may be terminated by mutual agreement with A and B. (2) A may be terminated by either party at least one month prior to the termination of the contract.

3) A may unilaterally cancel any of the following subparagraphs without the notice of performance. * When Article 5 and all the costs of Section 5 and Section 25 are in arrears for not less than three months, A may collect the respective documents and other documents necessary for the management and operation of the vehicle other than this contract, in consultation with Section 25 (Request for Submission) A. Article 27 (Joint Liability) A may have one or more guarantors to faithfully implement this contract, and the guarantor shall be jointly and severally liable for the obligations of Section 3 (Period of Entrustment for Management). The entrusted period of this contract under Article 3 (Period of Entrustment for Management) shall be six years (72 months) from the date of conclusion of the contract and the vehicle shall be transferred to Section 5 (2) immediately after the expiration of the contract. The remaining part of the vehicle (T/E) ownership of the vehicle shall be transferred to Section 3 (1) (Recontract) and the rent shall be reported to Section 3 (2) and the rent shall be acquired to Section 8 (2) and the rent shall be reported to Section 3).
