Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2017, the Defendant driven a D-to-purd vehicle from the section of the B of the B of the B B of Busan Central District to approximately KRW 0.179% alcohol concentration among blood transfusions at around 01:35, and from around 7 to the entrance of the same parking lot.
