Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From December 1, 2017 to January 26, 2018, the Defendant applied for the filling of game money by accessing the Internet private sports gambling site B, and deposited game money at the rate of 1:1 by remitting money to the account in the name of the Defendant’s account (D), such as (i) the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and (ii) transferring money to the account in the name of the Defendant, and (iii) selected the method of betting that the Defendant wanted to participate in the sports games, such as the axis and camping, and (iv) received the valuable dividends according to the outcome of the winning, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form 138.
