Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] The defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment or two years of suspended execution for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court's branch on December 10, 2014, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on December 18, 2014, and is currently under suspended execution.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On August 23, 2011, the Defendant, who intruded with a structure, shared with the victim C (V, 47 years of age).

On May 17, 2015, at around 19:35, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the structure managed by the victim by entering the “E” bank and the inside bank, in order to have the victim filed a complaint with him/her at the Changwon Police Station prior to the “E” restaurant, which is operated by the Defendant, in order to have him/her flusium and to comply with the foregoing.

2. The Defendant concealed property at the time and place as referred to in paragraph (2), and in order to prevent the victim from escaping to another place by using a vehicle, the Defendant got off the market price of the F Magnning vehicle owned by the victim at the parking lot and concealed it as a grass forest so that the victim could not find any of the keys in the market price.

3. Around 19:20 on May 17, 2015, the Defendant driven a H white car in a section of about 4 km from the day front of the virtual felon in Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the E neighboring road located in G, without obtaining a driver’s license.
