Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2014, at around 21:55, the Defendant driven BM5 car from a section of about 500 meters from the road near the YY-dong in Seoul, Jung-gu to the road near the same new-dong 522-13, while under the influence of alcohol content of blood 0.15%.
