A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 7,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AF) is a person who is engaged in driving a Fsch Rexroth car.

On November 1, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.124% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.124% on November 1, 2014, and led to the road of a wooden apartment in front of 1026 Dong-dong, Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, to the center of 32-lane from the 11-dong apartment complex to the center.

At the time, there is a duty of care to prevent traffic accidents in advance by safe operation by checking the surrounding traffic situation in a large number of vehicles standing on the road side, which are night, narrow, and have a duty of care to prevent traffic accidents.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in driving the vehicle on the right side of the road and received the part of the left back part of the H G G G owner of the victim G that is parked on the right side of the road as the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, destroyed the said car to be repaired in KRW 1,771,258, but failed to immediately stop and take necessary measures, and escaped without taking necessary measures.

B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (LA) The Defendant was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol in the above section of approximately 1 km around the 10-km-ro, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, under the influence of alcohol.

C. On November 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant was present at the police station and asked the said B to have the Defendant make a false statement by having the Defendant attend the investigation agency and make a false statement, and accordingly, (b) the Defendant was present at the Seoul Gyeyang Police Station around November 7, 2014, and is the driver who caused the traffic accident.
