Punishment of the crime

1. On June 15, 2009, Defendant A made a provisional attachment of KRW 300 million against Defendant A’s “8/19 of the share of KRW 63.1m2 of the Seoul Jung-gu E” owned by Defendant A, which is likely to be subject to compulsory execution, to evade compulsory execution by means of registering the establishment of a new mortgage on the said share by means of bearing false debts with Defendant B, and on July 1, 2009, Defendant A made a public offering to evade compulsory execution by means of registering the establishment of a new mortgage on the said share of KRW 37-8 of the Seoul Central District Court located in Seogu Seomun-gu, Seoul, Seomun-gu, Seoul, and the Seoul Central District Court established on July 1, 2009 with the registry office of the Seoul Central District Court, which was located in the 37-8m2 of the Seoul Central District Court, to ensure the obligation to pay for the goods

As a result, Defendant A shared with Defendant B to bear a false debt in order to escape from compulsory execution.

2. As above, Defendant A conspired to evade compulsory execution by means of the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage on the above share in Seoul Central District Court, which was located in the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Central District Court on July 1, 2009, by means of having the risk of being subject to compulsory execution against the above share in the Defendant’s possession from the victim D, and the establishment of a neighboring mortgage with the maximum debt amount of KRW 300,000,000,000,000,000, inasmuch as Defendant A guaranteed the obligation for the purchase of goods to be borne by Defendant C at the registry of the Seoul Central District Court, mid-gu Seoul Central District Court, Seoul Central District Court, which was located in
