The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Around March 2013, the Defendant: (a) approaching the victim E (at 32 years of age) with intellectual disability 2 in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, thereby attempting to buy coffees and boomed; (b) used the victim’s state of difficulty in resisting due to mental disorder; and (c) used the victim’s sexual intercourse.

On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated in D, that “I will drink at our house” to the Defendant’s residence located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, “I am off the Defendant,” and (b) forced the Defendant to go out of the Defendant’s house; (c) allowed the Defendant to go out of the Defendant’s house; and (d) had the Defendant do sexual intercourse with the victim in a difficult situation to resist due to mental disability by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into one time in the victim’s sexual organ.

B. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim “I will drink and pay money” to the victim in the foregoing D; (b) stated that “I will go off the victim’s clothes to drink, such as dynasium G located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (c) let the victim go off the victim’s chest and fys of the victim’s chest and fys; and (d) added the victim’s sexual organ into one time, thereby having sexual intercourse with the victim in a difficult situation to resist due to mental disorder.

C. Around May 2013, the Defendant stated that “I will give money to the victim” to the victim in the above D, and, “I am off her clothes to give money to the victim, such as franchisium G located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government,” and let the victim go off from the body of the victim, “I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, and sexual intercourse with the victim who is in a difficult situation to resist due to mental disorder by inserting the victim’s sexual organ into one time.”

On June 2013, the Defendant, in the above D around June 2013, “I drink at our house.”
