A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2017. 10. 8. 01:00 경 인천 남구 C에 있는 D 호프집에서 업주인 피해자 E( 여, 43세 )에게 술을 따 르라고 요구를 하였으나 피해자가 이를 거부하였다는 이유로 화가 나 피해자의 턱 부위를 손등으로 3회 가량 때리고 머리카락을 잡아 수회 흔들고, 자신의 테이블 위에 있던 위험한 물건인 빈 맥주병을 자신의 머리에 부딪쳐 깬 후 피해자를 향해 휘두르고 다시 피해자의 머리채를 잡고 밖으로 끌고 나가 손바닥으로 피해자의 왼뺨을 2회 때리는 등 피해자에게 약 14일 간의 치료가 필요한 머리의 타박상 등을 가하였다.
