A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant was a preliminary candidate in B

C A person who is a general manager and planned (SNS team leader) by being in charge of public relations affairs of SNS, and C was registered as a preliminary candidate on February 13, 2018 in the election of local election B market on June 13, 2018, but was excluded from D party B market competition on April 9, 2018.

1. No competition campaign shall be conducted in any manner other than installing an election campaign office (one place of an election campaign office within the constituency concerned) or installing and posting a signboard, signboard board or placard at the election campaign office thereof, directly giving up his/her name cards or appeal for support, method of sending promotional materials prepared by a candidate for a competition campaign one time by a political party, and holding an indoor joint campaign speech meeting;

Nevertheless, the Defendant established a similar election campaign office, with respect to “within the competition campaign party to be elected as the candidate for the candidate for the 6/13 nationwide local government election D party B market” that was held from April 5, 2018 to April 8, 2018, installed a house unit, such as computer 2, Nowon-gu, and Ma F (hereinafter “instant office”) on December 29, 2017 with the intention of conducting a competition campaign to select him/her as the candidate for his/her preliminary candidate for the Do party B market, and had the team members, such as G, H, I, J, and K, attend the above office on a daily basis, and thereafter, prepared promotional materials, professional materials, news reports, and pledges with the above G, etc. from April 9, 2018, and posted articles, news articles, such as L, text, and comments on the relevant SNS.

“Encing or disseminating “A” and collecting and managing the lists collected by C Supporters; transmitting text messages that promote C to party members and non-party members managers; soliciting SNS promotion team members to respond to duplicate that they support C in a public opinion poll by means of short-term telephone opening and mobile phone exploitation; planning public opinion polls to confirm party members supported C; and conducting such public opinion poll.
