Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2012, the Defendant: (a) tried to take a bridge part of women, such as buckbucks, using the gallon function of the cellular phone owned by the Defendant (Thalk just lux 2) with a view to cutting down a shorter bucker; and (b) carried out a hole of the size of the cell phone lux on the right side of the bucker.

On April 11, 2012, at around 19:30, the Defendant used a mobile phone that performed the recording function of the video at the distance of Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and took a video image by concentrating the parts of the bridge, such as buckbucks, etc. of the victims, where the victims were deprived of their names, after coming up with the cell phone sirens, and ponding out the short strings.

From 16:48 on the same day to 19:42 on the same day, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera over 16 times in total, as described in the attached list of crimes, from around 16:48 on the same day.
