A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The seized content pipe (No. 1) shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 25, 2016, at around 17:50, the Defendant discovered the victim D who was waiting for pedestrian signal at the crosswalk C in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, to find out the victim D, and read the victim’s back to the back, with the victim’s back, one time, and the victim’s back from the back to the part of the victim, and then the victim “on the part of the victim.” On several occasions, the victim used the victim as his hand to have a telephone call at a place where the damage was set off. In this respect, the defendant threatened the victim G while carrying dangerous things, and assaulted the victim's name incompetence.
