A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a Cuskn vehicle.

2. On March 2, 2014, at around 10:5:50 on the same day from the front of the 139 Gangwon Fire Station, the Defendant driven a Csckn vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.128%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 233 km to the front road of the Embassy-dong Reading Center in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, up to 10:50 on the same day, while driving the Csckn vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.128%.

3. Any foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and period.
