Punishment of the crime

1. On May 15, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving), a fine of two million won to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on January 9, 2012), and a fine of five million won to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dangerous Driving Death) at the Seoul Eastern District Court on January 10, 2014; a fine of three million won to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Dangerous Driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on March 27, 2014; and a fine of two million won to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Dangerous Driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on November 13, 2014; and the judgment of the Seoul Central District Court on May 14, 2014 to a suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on May 21, 2014.
On September 21, 2014, around 11:10 on September 21, 2014, the Defendant driven a C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol by 0.15% from the 15km section to the later road of the “mathy middle school” located in the Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Seoul.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) the Defendant driven the said car at the above time and place without obtaining a driver’s license.

On March 15, 2015, the Defendant, who violated the provision on the prohibition of drunk driving twice or more times, once again, driven a DNA string vehicle owned by the Lysta Co., Ltd. to the distance of about 15 km from the mutual influent restaurant located in the fluora-Eup in Gwangju City to the distance of 15 km from the mutual influoral influoral influoral location in Echeon-si, Echeon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, in violation of the provision on prohibition of drunk driving.
