A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 11, 2019, at around 14:06, the Defendant: (a) expressed to the victim C (the age of 62) who was under the influence of alcohol in the vicinity of the bus stops in front of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon building, that “the f2 years of age f2 years of age f2 years of age f2,” and booms the time room, “I am at the house where I dice dice,” and “I am at the house where I dice dice, I am dice, I am dead,” and “I am at the house where I am a dangerous object.”
