1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On January 31, 2017, after the issuance of the complaint to the defendant, the plaintiff did not affix stamps to this case, and the court ordered the plaintiff to make an order to submit data for calculating the value of the subject matter of lawsuit and pay the amount of stamps according to the lawsuit within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order to the plaintiff on January 31, 2017.

However, the Plaintiff did not correct the stamp within the period specified by the Plaintiff upon receipt of the order of correction on February 4, 2017. Thus, the instant lawsuit is deemed unlawful and thus, it cannot be corrected.

Therefore, the instant lawsuit is dismissed without holding any pleadings pursuant to Article 219 of the Civil Procedure Act.
