Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving B car free cars.
On June 26, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 15:15, and led the Defendant to drive the said car along the two-lane road near the central market distance in the front city of Gangwon-si in the middle city of Gangwon-si along the two-lanes.
In such cases, the driver had a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by taking the front, rear, and left and left well, and safely proceeding with the driver.

2.
