Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below is just in finding the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on its grounds as stated in its holding. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the rules of logic and experience or by misapprehending the legal principles on the intent of fraud, the trial-oriented principle, and the direct trial-oriented principle.
