A is a person who is engaged in driving of a D-to-pubed vehicle, and Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving of a E rocketing car.

Defendant

On May 23, 2017, A around 23:17, around 23:17, operated the 1-lane 46-1 of the Jincheon-gu, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, U.S., at the same time, and proceeded into the jurisdiction of the Jinjin fire station, which is located in the area of the high distance shooting distance. As a result, the Defendants caused the victims to die from excessive departure around 00:01, May 24, 2017 during treatment at the Ulsan-gun Medical Center located in the Ulsan-gun.
