Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the Land Survey Division of the Gyeonggi-gun Group E (the name was changed to E, Namyang-si), which was prepared by the Joseon General Co., Ltd. and the Temporary Land Investigation Bureau, the land Survey Division of the Gyeonggi-gun (the name was changed to hereinafter referred to as the “Chyang-si”) stated as follows: F forest 10,663 and G 46,144 et al. (the combined land of this case hereinafter referred to as the “instant assessment”).
