A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. When the above company purchases one unit, it is registered as a member, 2.50,000 won per member, and 2.0,000 won of support allowances shall be paid whenever the subordinate member of the member becomes nine, and when the accumulated amount of support allowances for each member is 5,00 won, retirement allowances shall be paid from that time.
When joining the Dong-dong Council of Korea, all members would be able to receive lifelong money without continuing to introduce new members by using such allowance payment method.
First of all, the recommended allowances and sponsoring allowances received by members of the Dong-dong Society shall be paid in installments by 1/n each lifelong week, and finally, by withdrawing all members from USD 400 each week.
If there are 4,00 old units registered as members of the right-holder of this country, all members may withdraw without any further additional membership recruitment, so that they must join 4,000 old units.
