On September 2, 2012, around 22:04, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 100 meters from the roads near the New Franchising Market in Yangcheon-gu Seoul to the roads front of the 450 New River in the same manner while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.153%.
