Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a “small or other” car.

On December 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 22:55, and proceeded along three-lanes from the 50-70-lane, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the 1st intersection in the direction of the 1st century, the Defendant had a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle in the intersection where signal lights are installed to prevent accidents due to the safe operation of traffic signals and prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, despite the fact that the front signal was changed from the straight line to the yellow line, was sent to the front side of the victim F(61 tax) who entered the intersection in accordance with the new line to the left left turn, is waiting for the signal at the front side of the driver’s car which the Defendant driven by the victim F(61 tax) who entered the intersection in accordance with the new line.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as approximately five weeks of treatment due to the above occupational negligence, such as 3 watershes on the right side.
