1. A thief: (a) around 05:00 on August 24, 2017, the Defendant discovered the studio key of the victim E-hacked in the government city of Gyeonggi-do, and opened the studio with the key and opened the studio by opening the studio with one smartphone and two new cards in the market value, which is the market value of the victim, brought to the thief.

2. Fraudulent and attempted fraud;

As a result, the defendant deceivings the above employees and received property from the injured party.

B. On August 24, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:00, purchased one hearing aid from the victim K in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and deceiving the victim as if he had legitimate authority to use stolen-friendly credit cards, such as the statement in paragraph 2(a).

The Defendant attempted to provide one hearing aid equivalent to 2.4 million won at the market price owned by the victim from the victim, i.e., the victim was aware that he was stolen card, but was attempted by cancelling the settlement.

3. The defendant in violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business has stolen goods in advance while purchasing goods at each time and place specified in paragraph (2);

The new card in the name of E was presented, and a signature was affixed to the sales slips.

In this respect, the Defendant was stolen.
