A From December 6, 2013 to March 6, 2014, a person operating a game hall in the name of "D Gameland" on the 1st floor of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. and Defendant B is a person who exchanged the game near the above building.

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging the exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to engage in the business of exchanging and arranging money by exchanging the same in cash when Defendant A delivers the “free right to use” to customers in the above game site and providing guidance to the money changers B.

Accordingly, Defendant A provided customers with a total of 60 games, such as 50 games of “salperum” and 10 games of “ X-S-S-S-E” game machine during the above period, Defendant A started the game by inserting 10,000 won (50 won-vis 20), and then changed the game to “1-hour free of charge” of Bolar color, and 20,000 points to “two-hour free of charge” as “two-hour free of charge,” and notified the place where the exchange merchant Defendant B is located.

Then, Defendant B, with the knowledge that the said free voucher was acquired through the use of game products, changed the “one-hour free voucher” to KRW 10,000, and the “two-hour free voucher” to KRW 20,000,000.

As a result, Defendants conspired to use game products for business purposes such as exchange and exchange mediation of tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
