A. From March 13, 2012 to March 13, 2012, the Plaintiff’s Gangnam-gu Seoul AG 144.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (i) Division of the disputing land as of November 3, 1969 (hereinafter “instant land before the instant partition”) was incorporated into the International Land Readjustment Project District around 1971, together with other land in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, which was owned by G at the time of November 3, 1969 (hereinafter “instant land before the instant partition”), and was designated as land scheduled for replotting on October 28, 1971.
Luxembourg filed an application for partition of the land before the instant partition on November 9, 1974, and the said land was divided into nine parcels of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J or K on November 11, 1974.
(hereinafter referred to as "J land" and other parcels of land after partitioning shall be specified as the parcel number. (b)
After subdivision, G of the ownership change of land: (a) sold L land to M on June 2, 1975, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 11, 1975 for that reason (the above land was transferred to N on September 15, 1977; and (b) sold P land to Q on June 2, 1975; and (c) completed the registration of ownership transfer on the above land on June 21, 1975 (the above land was transferred to M on October 4, 197; (d) transferred the ownership transfer to M on May 17, 197; and (e) sold the above land to M on June 16, 197 on July 28, 197; and (e) transferred the registration of ownership transfer to M on June 17, 1975 on July 28, 197 (the above land was transferred to X on July 28, 198); and (e) sold the above land to M on June 197, 197. 197
(Then, the above land was transferred to A on November 7, 1975, and on April 6, 1976 to AB, the father of the defendant A, respectively).
On April 10, 1982, the land of J or K, which was divided from the land before the instant partition, was finalized as substitute land, and the land of J or K was finalized as of April 10, 1982, and the land of Y is the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AC large 295.9 square meters (hereinafter “instant site”) and the land of U is the same as the land of AD large 311.2 square meters.
