1. Defendant A

가. 피고인은 2015. 5. 18. 17:45 경 전 남 보성군 벌교읍에 있는 할매 식당 앞부터 전 남 보성군 E에 있는 F 앞까지 약 1킬로미터 구간에서 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.057% 의 술에 취한 상태로 G 프리마 랠리 오토바이를 운전하였다.

B. At around 17:45 on May 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought to resist the unpaid wage issue before the F, in order to avoid the Defendant’s wage issue; (b) however, the Defendant attempted to move the Defendant’s act of driving alcohol, such as the Defendant’s No. 1(a), to the police, with the Defendant’s report defect; (c) the victim prevented him from doing so; and (d) took the victim’s left hand with the Defendant’s breath, making the breath of the victim’s left breath by drinking on two occasions at the right hand; (d) the victim’s back head was 3 times; and (e) continued to mar the victim’s left breath and breath of the part of the snow that requires treatment for about ten (10) days.

2. Defendant B 1-b. The Defendant 1-B, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1-B, saw the victim’s right-hand scam with the victim’s desire to restrain the victim from moving scam at the victim’s time and place, 2 times at the victim’s right-hand scam, and scambling the victim’s chest on two occasions by drinking the victim’s chest.
