1. The summary of the facts charged is a taxi engineer who operates Csi.

On August 5, 2016, the Defendant was subject to control on the ground that the Defendant violated the duty of temporary suspension from the border E belonging to the Seoul Police Station D, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, which was working for traffic control in the 171 Nowon-gu 171 Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-gu on August 5, 2016.

2. Determination

A. The facts found based on the evidence duly adopted and investigated by this Court are as follows.
