A. On May 26, 2015, the Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term visit (C-3) sojourn status on a short-term basis on May 26, 2015, and applied for refugee status to the Defendant on June 23, 2015, while illegally staying for 22 days after the expiration of the period of stay.
