A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Military Service Act is a social service personnel working in the E-Eup office of the Busan Gun Office, and a person who serves as a social service personnel shall not leave his office for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds. From January 11, 2016 to November 10, 2016, the Defendant left his office due to his failure to attend the above E-Eup office without justifiable grounds for at least 54 days in total, such as the daily list of crimes in attached Form (1).

2. The Defendant had the intent to arbitrarily prepare and submit a medical certificate with the doctor’s name in order to see that he/she left his/her service as if he/she left his/her service as above with respect to the forgery of private documents and the use of the above investigation document.

At the end of January 2016, the Defendant entered his/her name and other personal information in the “medical confirmation form” type, which was downloaded by the Internet site, in the absence of the trade name in Busan-gun F, Busan-gun. The Defendant, at the end of January, 2016, entered the “medical confirmation form” in the “medical confirmation form,” and placed his/her own seal attached to the name of his/her doctor by printing out the form, stating the false names, such as the name and the personal information of his/her own on-line and the name of his/her own on-line: 11 January 2016; 2016; 3. Medical institution name and the name of his/her own medical institution, such as G non-person, the medical doctor, and H: H.

Around that time, the Defendant submitted a forged medical treatment certificate to a person in charge of social service in the above E-Eup office.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged and used private documents on the proof of facts as above.

In addition, from the end of January 2016 to the end of November 2016, the Defendant forged and held 35 copies of the medical confirmation certificate, which is a private document on the proof of facts, such as the previous list of crimes (2) in the same manner.
