The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) of the lower court’s sentence (six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Although the nature of the crime of this case is not somewhat weak, the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable, considering various sentencing conditions indicated in the record, such as the defendant's age, sexual conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and circumstances after the crime, etc., it is judged that the sentence of the court below is too too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court below is reversed pursuant to Article 364(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and the defendant's appeal is with merit, and the judgment below is ruled again as follows.
