Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.098% from blood alcohol leveling around 22:36 on August 16, 2017, the Defendant driven B Ethp car from the 3km section to the above road at the front of a mutual influent restaurant located near the Daejeon Seo-dong CGV film Center, Seosung-dong.
