Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2015, the Defendant opened a door set up and intruded into the entrance at the victim C’s residence located in Ulsandong-gu B and 1st, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and the victim’s market price was 3 million won, 1, Samsung 42 Scke-type TV, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 3 million, and 1,000,000, Samsung 42 Scke-type TV, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 2 million, 1,000,000, and 1,000,000, in cash and 2,000.
