A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall be ordered to take a 40-hour course of sexual assault (sexual traffic) therapy.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 22, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (sexual Purchase, etc.) at the Seoul Eastern District Court.
1. 피해자 C에 대한 아동ㆍ청소년의성보호에관한법률위반의 점 피고인은 2011. 1. 17.경 서울 송파구 D 지하 5호에 있는 피고인의 집에서, 인터넷 ‘버디버디’ 채팅사이트에서 만난 피해자 C(여, 16세)로부터 ‘가출을 했는데 배가 고프고 갈 곳이 없다’는 말을 듣고 피해자에게 ‘나에게 오면 택시비를 대신 내 주고 밥을 사 주겠다’라고 말하여 피해자를 위 장소로 오게 한 다음 2011. 1. 21. 밤경 위 장소에서 피해자와 1회 성교한 것을 비롯하여 그 때부터 2011. 2. 16.경까지 위 장소에서 2~3일에 1회 성교하고, 가출청소년이자 무자력인 피해자에게 위 기간 동안 숙식을 제공하고 용돈 명목으로 20만원을 채워 놓은 지갑을 방에 비치해 놓아 피해자로 하여금 틈틈이 이를 쓰게 하였다.

2.
