The instant case is a small-sum case as provided in Article 2(1) of the Trial of Small Claims Act and Article 1-2 of the Rules on Trial of Small Claims. The content asserted by appellant and incidental appellant as the grounds of appeal and the grounds of incidental appeal does not fall under any of the cases provided in each subparagraph of Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act
