1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by each person;

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a social welfare foundation established by W, a religious organization, for the purpose of building and operating a childcare facility and a welfare center for the aged, and operates the Y training center located in X in Kim Jong-si (hereinafter “instant training center”). The Defendants are the believers affiliated with W.

B. Around 2016, the Plaintiff asserted that 31 W Shin, including Defendant B, D, E, and F, occupied the instant training center building and site without permission, filed a lawsuit against them seeking delivery, etc. of the instant training center and site.

(1) The Defendants and the members of the set-off Myeon (hereinafter “Defendant, etc.”) confirm that the right to use the instant training site and the ownership and the right to use the instant training site, in principle, are the Plaintiff, and take necessary measures, such as eviction and delivery, immediately after this decision becomes final so as not to infringe on the Plaintiff’s rights to the training center.

5. Once the instant decision becomes final and conclusive, the Plaintiff, the Defendant, etc. shall settle the relevant dispute as follows.

The plaintiff and the defendant, etc. are all civil and criminal cases brought by both parties in connection with the instant case

The case described in paragraph (1) and the case mentioned in the Jeonju District Court 2019Kadan1017 (including the case of interference with business affairs) withdraw a complaint or accusation, and do not raise any objection to it in the future. (2) The Plaintiff agrees with the Jeonju District Court 2015Kahap100021 (U.S. High Court 2015Ra1045) and the case of provisional injunction for interference with the Jeonju District Court 2016Kahap1008 [U.S. High Court 2016Ra1048] of the Jeonju District Court 2016Kahap108 (U.S. High Court 2016Ra1048).
