Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a rash car, one owned by himself, at a distance of about 70 meters from the front road of 538-7, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, 538-1, the front road of the same 538-1, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.159%.
