Punishment of the crime

At around 18:00 to 19:00 on November 2015, the Defendant received marijuana, without compensation, approximately 15.04 g of marijuana, which is contained in the “D Hospital” located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, in the front side of the “D Hospital” vehicle located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and was stopped in the “D Hospital”.
