Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of D5 tons of private cargo trucks, E5 tons of private cargo trucks, who operates transportation company C at the window B of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

No person shall provide a private-use truck for transport with compensation.

Nevertheless, on April 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated an electronic cargo truck from the year from the date when the first vice-general of the Japan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Co., Ltd., which was located in 49-16, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, and operated the electronic cargo truck from the year when he was requested to transport the electronic cargo; (b) transported the cargo to the first vice-general of the Sungwon-si, Sungwon-dong, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si; and (c) provided the cargo for commercial transport with the fare of KRW 5,000 by receiving the fare of KRW 5,00; and (d) from December 22, 2015, the Defendant transported the cargo over 1105 times using the D private-use truck and the E-private-use truck, as shown in attached Table 1 to 205.
