1. As to KRW 63,87,983 and KRW 10,100,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 63,87,983 from August 14, 2019 to August 29, 2019.

On October 30, 2018, the Plaintiff leased KRW 10,100,00 to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of 8% (11% per annum). The Plaintiff leased KRW 49,70,000 at an annual interest rate of 6% (9% per annum). However, as of August 13, 2019, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to failing to pay the interest on each of the above loans, and on the other hand, as of August 13, 2019, the fact that the interest on each of the above loans was 4,087,983 in total can be acknowledged by adding the purport of the entire pleadings to each of the statements in the Evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including each number where there is a serial number).

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay 11% interest rate per annum from August 14, 2019 to August 29, 2019, the delivery date of the original payment order for the payment of KRW 63,887,983 (=10,100,000 won) and 10,100,000 among the above loans (49,70,000 won) and 10,000 won from August 14, 2019 to August 29, 2019, the delivery date of the original payment order for the payment of KRW 12% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment, to 49,700,000 per annum from August 14, 2019 to August 29, 2019 to pay the interest rate of KRW 9% per annum from the day following the agreement to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
