A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:20 on May 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, under the influence of alcohol in front of the D District D Zone C, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol; (b) was required to open the said D District entrance to F, a fire-fighting official belonging to the E 119 Safety Center; (c) the Defendant refused to open the said 119 pages; and (d) the Defendant expressed that “I will not allow F to enter the 119 pages by opening the 119 pages; and (d) I would like to read “I would like to make I would like to do so.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties on the life saving and on-site response of fire officers.
