Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2018, the Defendant defamationd the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by stating that the Defendant had not received the cost of living supply and demand from the victim D in the front corridor of the Sinpo-si B apartment C around June 28, 2018, notwithstanding the fact that the victim D did not receive the cost of living supply and demand, the Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts.

2. On June 29, 2018, the Defendant’s defamation at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) around 15:00 on June 29, 2018, damaged the reputation of the complainant by openly pointing out false facts by the victim’s sound, even though the said victim paid the rent properly.

3. On July 18, 2018, the Defendant defamationed the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts through sound recording at the place indicated in the above paragraph (1) around July 18, 2018, even though the said victim had duly paid the rent, despite the fact that the said victim had duly paid the rent, the Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts.

4. On August 27, 2018, the Defendant’s defamation on the 2018.8.27., and around 14:30 on August 27, 2018, damaged the reputation of the complainant by openly pointing out false facts on the part of the F residing in the above apartment apartment G G G G-dong, notwithstanding the fact that the above victim was not divorced.
