A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime from the Daegu District Court Branch Branch on September 19, 2007, and was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the same crime from the Daejeon District Court Branch on March 18, 2010, and was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the same crime from the Daejeon District Court Branch Branch on March 18, 2010. On July 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor from the Suwon District Court for larceny, etc. on September 11, 2016, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for more than three times for larceny.

On September 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the “D” restaurant located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim E, the owner of the business, was neglected, the Defendant stolen money and valuables worth KRW 19,205,200 in total from the victims about 19 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table No. 19,205,200.
